Where would we be without our work besties? Seriously, they are the only reason we still do this whole job thing anyway. We're just girls. We have to stick together through this whole thing (actually working), or we'll never make it. But there's something special about finding an actual work bestie. Not just someone who you're only acquaintances with and pretend to be nice to for the sake of a good working environment, but someone who you actually want to hang out with outside of work. Someone who you don't mind picking up an extra latte for on your commute to the office, and someone that you can be totally unprofessional around (in the confinements of the break room, of course) and they still want to hang around you. Those types of relationships happen once in a blue moon, so if you have one, you better hold onto it. Jobs and positions change all the time, so enjoy your work bestie while you have her.
